摘　　要：目的分析多功能多重耐药警示牌对重症监护室医务人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法将2022年1月-6月未采用多功能多重耐药警示牌的医务人员设为对照组,2022年7月-12月采用多功能多耐警示牌的医务人员设为观察组,两组为同一批次人员,共47人。对照组床边仅备有隔离衣和隔离标识牌,未采用多功能多重耐药警示牌。观察组床边不仅备有隔离衣和隔离标识牌,并采用多功能多重耐药警示牌。评价两组手卫生依从率和手卫生用品消耗数量。结果医生、护士、工勤人员手卫生依从率观察组均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学(P﹤0.01或﹤0.05)。洗手液、快速手消毒液消耗量观察组均明显多于对照组,差异具有统计学(P﹤0.01)。结论采用多重耐药警示牌,将手卫生提醒直观化,能提升ICU医务人员手卫生依从性,并通过手卫生用品消耗量增加间接评价手卫生依从性的提高。Objective To analyze the effect of multifunctional multi-drug resistance warning boards on hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in intensive care unit.Methods From January to June 2022,the medical workers who did not use multifunctional and multiresistant warning plates were set as the con⁃trol group,and from July to December 2022,the medical workers who used multifunctional and multiresis⁃tant warning plates were set as the observation group.The two groups were in the same batch,with a total of 47 people.The control group was only equipped with isolation clothes and identification plates at the bedside,and did not use multifunctional multi-drug resistance warning plates.The observation group was equipped with not only isolation clothes and isolation identification plates,but also multifunctional multidrug resistance warning plates.The rate of hand hygiene compliance and consumption of hand hygiene products were evaluated in the two groups.Results The hand hygiene compliance rate of doctors,nurses and workers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or<0.05).The consumption of hand sanitizer and rapid hand sanitizer in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of multi-drug resistance warning boards and visualization of hand hygiene reminders can improve the hand hygiene compliance of ICU medical staff,and indirectly evaluate the improvement of hand hygiene compliance by increasing the consumption of hand hygiene products.
