摘 要:采用单辊甩带法成功制备了Fe_(85)Zr_(10)B_(5)非晶合金,并对其非晶形成能力、磁性能和磁热效应进行了研究。结果表明:Fe_(85)Zr_(10)B_(5)非晶合金具有较大的过冷液相区宽度、γ参数和临界截面厚度,表明其优异的抗晶化热稳定性和非晶形成能力。Fe_(85)Zr_(10)B_(5)非晶合金在325 K的居里温度(Tc)下表现出3.26 J/(kg·K)的磁熵变峰值(-Δ_(m)^(Speak)),高于其他Tc相近的Fe基非晶合金。Arrott曲线和(-Δ_(m)^(Speak)∝H0.74的线性关系表明了Fe_(85)Zr_(10)B_(5)非晶合金典型的二级磁相变行为,这使该合金具有超宽的工作温度区间和较大的磁制冷能力(约546.4 J/kg)。Fe_(85)Zr_(10)B_(5)非晶合金在室温热端温度附近较高的(-Δ_(m)^(Speak)和磁制冷能力,表明其作为磁制冷工质的重要组成部分在室温磁制冷领域具有广阔的应用前景。A Fe_(85)Zr_(10)_(B5)amorphous alloy was successfully prepared by a meltspinning method with single copper wheel,and its glass forming ability,magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect have been studied.The results showed that the Fe_(85)Zr_(10)_(B5)amorphous alloy had a wider supercooled liquid region,largerγparameter and critical section thickness,indicating the excellent thermal stability against crystallization and glass forming ability.The Fe_(85)Zr_(10)_(B5)amorphous alloy exhibited a peak value of magnetic entropy change(ΔSpeak m)of 3.26 J/(kg·K)at a Curie temperature(Tc)of 325 K,which was higher than other Febase amorphous alloys with similar Tc.The Arrott curves and the linear relation of-ΔSm∝H0.74 indicated the typical secondorder magnetic phase transition behavior of the Fe_(85)Zr_(10)_(B5)amorphous alloy,which made the alloy have an ultrawide working temperature range and the larger magnetic refrigeration capacity(about 546.4 J/kg).The higherΔSpeak m and magnetic refrigeration capacity of the Fe_(85)Zr_(10)_(B5)amorphous alloy near the hot end ofthe room temperature(RT)indicated that it had wide application prospect as an important component of magnetic refrigerants used in the magnetic refrigeration at RT.
