摘 要:SUS304不锈钢因其优良性能而被广泛应用,但在冷轧生产过程中存在粘辊现象,会造成产品质量和生产效率的下降。对已有的用来判断冷轧粘辊程度的粘着指数模型进行了优化,重点分析了轧制规程、轧制速度、轧辊尺寸、轧辊表面粗糙度等对粘辊程度的影响。提出在满足实际生产调节范围的前提下,通过优化轧制规程、降低轧制速度和压下率、采用更小直径轧辊等方法,可以有效改善粘辊现象。SUS304 stainless steel is widely used because of its good performance,but due to the sticking between steel plate and roll surface in the process of cold rolling,the product quality and production efficiency will be reduced.The existing sticking index model used to judge the degree of sticking during cold rolling was optimized,and the influence of rolling schedule,rolling speed,roll size,roll surface roughness and other factors on the degree of sticking was emphatically analyzed.It was put forward that on the premise of meeting the actual production adjustable range,the phenomenon of sticking can be effectively improved by optimizing rolling schedule,reducing rolling speed and reduction rate,and adopting smaller diameter rolls.
