摘 要:课题组基于柴油机台架实验,通过比较不同配比生物柴油的理化特性,在1000 r/min和100%负荷条件实现方式下研究两种不同气门重叠角对某大型柴油机功率、油耗、排放的影响。研究结果表明,在大型柴油机燃用低配比生物柴油、100%负荷工况下运用气门重叠角可以有效降低NOX的排放;该柴油机碳烟排放在进气门提前关闭角30°CA时出现最低值,最低油耗出现在进气门提前关闭角20°CA附近,最高功率出现在进气门提前关闭角30°CA附近。综合分析可知,选择配气方案2、进气门提前关闭角为30°CA、燃用B10生物柴油提升柴油机性能效果最佳。Based on the bench experiment of diesel engine,the research group studies the influence of two different valve overlap angles on the power,fuel consumption and emission of a large diesel engine by comparing the physicochemical properties of biodiesel with different ratios under the conditions of 1000 r/min and 100%load.The results show that the valve overlap angle can effectively reduce the NOX emission when a large diesel engine is fueled with low-ratio biodiesel and under 100%load;the carbon smoke emission of this diesel engine has the lowest value when the intake valve advance closing angle is 30°CA,the lowest fuel consumption occurs near the intake valve advance closing angle of 20°CA,and the highest power occurs near the intake valve advance closing angle of 30°CA.Comprehensive analysis shows that the selection of gas distribution scheme 2,the intake valve advance closing angle of 30°CA,and the combustion of B10 biodiesel is the optimal solution for improving the performance of diesel engine.
