摘　　要：以长江口重大穿越类工程——上海市天然气过江管工程为例,研究了长江口水域穿越工程与规划航道整治建筑物的相互影响及相关工程措施。上海市天然气过江管工程与规划瑞丰沙整治工程、堡镇沙护滩工程平面相交,隧道建设与规划整治建筑物的实施相互存在一定影响。为充分考虑上述影响,做好相应安全防护,同时确保不影响规划工程的实施,有必要就本工程对南北港规划整治建筑物的影响及措施开展专题研究。采用比较成熟的η-ζ法进行隧道结构的内力计算,结果表明,规划瑞丰沙整治工程、堡镇沙护滩工程引起的天然气过江管的变形超过变形控制标准,需采取相应保护措施;单独实施近期方案可消除规划堡镇沙护滩工程对隧道A线的影响,但无法消除规划瑞丰沙整治工程对隧道B线的影响,需在瑞丰沙整治工程建设时同步实施远期方案。Taking Shanghai LNG pipeline project,the major crossing project of the Yangtze Estuary,as an example,the paper studies the interaction between the crossing project and the planned regulation buildings in the Yangtze Estuary and the relevant engineering measures.Shanghai LNG pipeline project intersects with the planned Ruifengsha regulation project and the Baozhen beach protection project,the tunnel construction will have a certain impact on each other.To fully consider the above impacts,prepare the corresponding safety protection,and ensure that the implementation of the planned project will not be affected,it is necessary to carry out a special study on the impact of the project on the planned renovation buildings of the North South Port and the measures to solve it.This paper uses the matureη-ζmethod to calculate the internal force of the tunnel structure.The results show that the deformation of the LNG pipeline project will exceed the control standard when the planned Ruifengsha regulation project and Baozhen beach protection project implement,and corresponding protective measures should be taken.It also shows that the short-term plan can eliminate the impact of the beach protection project in the planned Baozhen Town on the tunnel line A,but not the impact of the planned Ruifengsha regulation project on the tunnel line B.Therefore,the long-term plan should be implemented simultaneously during the construction of the Ruifengsha regulation project.
