摘 要:针对来桂航道铁路桥梁通航净空尺度不能满足通航要求、铁路一桥、二桥年代久远且存在地质病害、改建铁路桥投资巨大等问题,确定了涉铁段不整治情况下的水位计算控制工况,依据水文测验资料和水位计算成果,建立了涉铁段航道与上游迁江水文站的水位-流量相关关系。通过流量保证率分析确定了铁路桥通航净高尺度和航道宽度不足影响的年通航天数为35.3 d。结合近期船舶流量较小的特点,确定了近期单线通航、中远期除铁路桥外双线通航方案,并分别在上下游布置了应急停靠点。提出布设监控、桥梁防撞、助航、交通安全标志等通航安全保障措施和通航规则建议,可供类似涉铁航道设计借鉴。Since the navigable clearance scale of the railway bridges in the Laibin-Guiping Channel cannot meet the navigation requirements,and the first and second railway bridges are old and have geological diseases,the investment in the reconstruction of railway bridges is huge,and thus this paper determines the water level calculation control condition under the condition that the railway-related reach is not renovated.Based on the hydrological test data and water level calculation results,this paper establishes the water level-flow correlation between the channel in the railway-related reach and the upstream Qianjiang hydrologic station.Through the analysis of the flow assurance rate,the paper determines that the annual navigation days affected by the insufficient navigable height scale of railway bridges and channel width are 35.3.According to the characteristics of small ship flow in the near future,this paper determines the scheme of single-way navigation in the near future and double-way navigation except railway bridges in the medium and long term and arranges emergency berthing points at upstream and downstream respectively.The paper also puts forward suggestions on navigation safety guarantee measures and navigation rules such as layout monitoring,bridge anti-collision,navigation aid,and traffic safety signs,which can be used for reference in similar railway-related channel designs.
