摘　　要：以儿童游戏权利导向的游戏空间环境不仅是衡量儿童友好城市的重要指标,更是推动城市韧性发展的关键。文章以保障儿童游戏权利为目标,聚焦城市建成环境中“危机灾难”和“日常风险”下儿童游戏空间的保障发展策略;基于城市“日常风险”,分析国际城市从政策实施、空间供给、社会支持层面的响应措施和保障机制;提出在城市发展转型时期,构建一种基于儿童日常游戏成长需求的城市韧性空间服务系统“儿童游戏基础设施”,通过空间品质的配套提升、政策的传导实施,以及社会服务的保障支持,重塑城市空间发展与儿童游戏权利保障之间的和谐关系。The children play right oriented play space environment is not only an important indicator for measuring a child-friendly city,but also a key for promoting flexible development of a city.Aiming at ensuring children’s right to play,this paper focuses on the development strategies for protecting children’s play spaces under“disaster crisis”and“daily risks”in the urban built environment;on the basis of city’s“daily risks”,it analyzes the response measures and ensuring mechanism of international cities at levels of policy implementation,space supply,and social support;and it proposes to build an urban flexible space service system“play infrastructures for children”based on the demand of children daily play and growth during the urban development and transition period in order to reshape the harmonious relationship between urban space development and protection of children’s right to play by means of improving space quality,policy transmission and implementation and social service support.
