摘 要:在调研现有政策法规和基于陕西省相关产业实践应用情况的基础上,总结并阐述了焦油渣的来源、特性以及现有利用与处置技术,分析了配煤炼焦、热解、制备型煤、电厂掺烧等几类常见利用与处置技术的优势及存在的问题,针对性地提出了管控措施以及利用处置对策,为相关单位焦油渣利用与处置技术的选取,提高焦油渣资源化利用率,加强炼焦行业危险废物的监管、防范环境风险提供参考。Based on the research of existing policies,regulations and practical applications in relevant industries of Shaanxi Province,the sources,characteristics and existing utilization and disposal technologies of coal tar residue were summarized and elaborated.The advantages and problems of several common utilization and disposal technologies were analyzed,including coal blending for coking,pyrolysis,coal preparation,power plant blending,etc.The pertinent control measures and utilization and disposal strategies were put forward,which could provide reference for relevant organizations in the selection of the utilization and disposal technology of coal tar residue,improvement of the resource utilization of tar residue,and enhancement of the supervision of hazardous waste in the coking industry and prevention of environmental risks.
