摘　　要：介绍了新天煤化工公司固定床碎煤加压气化工艺流程及技术特点,针对主产品单一及原料粉煤过剩的问题,提出了增加粉煤气化炉方案及几种主产品方案,并对不同主产品方案进行了优势、劣势分析;针对重芳烃、多元烃等副产品附加值不高的问题,开发了相应的深加工工艺并取得了良好的运行效果;针对氨水质量差的问题,开发了一种煤化工含油氨水提质及液氨生产工艺;此外,还提出了含酚油与混合酚精制的工艺方案,可进一步拓展副产品的产业链并取得良好的提质增效效果。The process and technical characteristics of the fixed-bed crushed coal pressurized gasification of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.In response to the problems of single main product and excessive raw material pulverized coal,the proposal was made to increase the pulverized coal gasifier and several main products.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of different main product schemes were analyzed.In view of the problem of the low value-added by-products such as heavy aromatics and multi-carbon compounds,corresponding deep processing technologies were developed with good operational results.As for the poor quality of aqueous ammonia,a coal chemical process was developed for improving the quality of oil-containing aqueous ammonia and producing liquid ammonia.In addition,a process scheme for the fine production of phenolic oil and mixed phenol was proposed,which could not only further expand the industrial chain of by-products but also achieve good effect for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
