摘 要:瓦斯发电机组的发电功率在实际运行中难以达到额定发电功率,主要原因是受瓦斯浓度、含水量、温度、压力等因素的影响,其中瓦斯温度的影响较大。分析了瓦斯气温度对发电功率影响的机理,介绍了中煤科工集团重庆研究院有限公司研发的利用发电机尾气余热作为热源动力,通过溴化锂制冷机组给瓦斯气降温脱水技术的原理及该技术在山西兰能小西电站1号发电机组的应用试验。试验结果表明:瓦斯气温度从55.3℃降低到32.1℃,发电机功率从683 kW提高到729 kW。相较传统的电制冷降温,该技术可减少电力消耗,是一种绿色环保的节能增效技术。The generated power of gas generator sets was difficult to reach the rated power in the actual operation,mainly due to factors such as gas concentration,water content,temperature,pressure,etc.,among which the influence of gas temperature was big.The mechanism of the gas temperature influence on the generated power was analyzed,with introduction on the principle of the technology of using the generator exhaust waste heat as the heat source power,cooling and dewatering the gas through the lithium bromide refrigeration unit,which was developed by Chongqing Research Institute of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group,and the application test of this technology was carried out in the No.1 generator unit of Shanxi Lanneng Xiaoxi New Energy Co.,Ltd.The experimental results showed that the gas temperature decreased from 55.3℃to 32.1℃,and the generated power increased from 683 kW to 729 kW.Compared with the traditional electric refrigeration cooling,this technology could reduce power consumption and was a green and environment-friendly energy-saving and efficiency enhancing technology.
