摘  要:针对山西兴高集团在日常余热发电系统检修期间出现的焦炉吸力下降、温度下降,在现有焦炉加热制度运行工况下无法正常生产一级焦的问题,通过对吸力制度、温度制度、工艺条件及配煤方案的综合联动匹配调整,使得检修期间生产的焦炭抗碎强度M25达到93.8%、反应后强度CSR达到61.5%,可以达到正常生产期间的焦炭质量水平,即满足一级焦的质量要求。In response to the problem of coke oven suction decreasing and temperature decreasing during the daily maintenance of Shanxi Xinggao Group′s waste heat power generation system,which made it impossible to produce first-class metallurgical coke normally under the existing coke oven heating system operating conditions,through comprehensive linkage and matching adjustment of the suction system,temperature system,process condition and coal blending scheme,the breakage resistance strength M25 of the coke produced during the maintenance period had reached 93.8%,and the coke strength after reaction CSR had reached 61.5%.It could achieve the quality level of coke during normal production,which met the quality requirements of first-class metallurgical coke.
