摘  要:介绍了新疆宜化化工有限公司甲醇精馏的工艺流程,在总结2万t/a双塔精馏运行数据的基础上,探究了精甲醇沸程超标的原因。研究表明:导致精甲醇沸程超标的原因主要是粗甲醇原料配比、精馏工艺指标控制存在问题。经过采取降低常压塔顶温度、严格控制进料中低温甲醇洗粗甲醇的加入比例等措施,使精甲醇沸程达到优等品标准。The process of methanol distillation in Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.And on the basis of summarizing the operation data of 20000 t/a of dual tower distillation,the reasons of the excessive boiling range of refined methanol were explored.The study showed that the main causes were the unqualified ratio of the feed crude methanol and the control of the distillation process indicators.By reducing the top temperature of the atmospheric pressure tower and strictly controlling the feed proportion of crude methanol from rectisol,the boiling range of refined methanol had reached the standard of excellent product.
