摘  要:中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司低温甲醇洗装置因热再生塔顶冷凝器泄漏,导致系统水含量高、装置不能正常运行而停产检修。热再生塔顶冷凝器堵漏完毕后,低温甲醇洗装置开车过程中又遇到了甲醇/水分离系统过滤器堵塞、液位计故障、贫甲醇中水含量高等问题。通过对低温甲醇洗装置进行快速调整与处理,系统顺利开车,装置负荷提升至满负荷并正常运行。热再生塔顶冷凝器检修后,为避免其再次泄漏,采取了设备特护和系统调整措施,有效延长了设备的使用寿命,保证系统长周期运行。The rectisol unit of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.was shut down due to the leakage of the overhead condenser of the thermal regeneration tower,which resulted in high water content in the system.After the leakage of the overhead condenser of the thermal regeneration tower was resolved,the problems such as filter blockage of the methanol/water separation system,malfunction of liquid level gauge,and high water content in lean methanol were encountered during the start-up of the rectisol unit.Through quickly ajustment and treatment of the rectisol unit,the system start-up was smooth,and the unit load was raised to full load with normal operation.After the overhead condenser maintenance,to avoid its leakage again,special equipment care and system adjustment measures were taken to effectively prolong the service life of the equipment and ensure the long-term operation of the system.
