摘 要:华能(天津)煤气化发电有限公司采用Lo-Cat工艺对煤气化工艺生成合成气中的硫化氢进行处理。针对装置在长时间的运行中由于酸性气组分的变化导致Lo-Cat溶液吸收效果变差的问题,通过在初步水处理后、COS水解器前及MDEA溶液水洗后3处进行取样分析,判断造成Lo-Cat溶液失效的物质是酸性气中含有的HSCN和HCN组分,SCN-、CN-可以与Fe离子反应生成络合物,导致Lo-Cat溶液中Fe离子浓度迅速降低失效。Hydrogen sulfide in syngas produced by coal gasification was treated by Lo-Cat process in Huaneng(Tianjin)IGCC Power Co.,Ltd..In view of the poor absorption effect of Lo-Cat solution due to the change of acidic gas component during long-term operation of the plant,samples were taken and analyzed at the initial water treatment site,before COS hydrolyzer and after MDEA solution wash,and it was determined that the substances causing the failure of Lo-Cat solution were HSCN and HCN components contained in acidic gas.SCN-and CN-could react with Fe ions to form complexes,resulting in a rapid decrease and failure in the concentration of Fe ions in Lo-Cat solution.
