摘  要:煤系针状焦的热膨胀系数是表征其质量优劣的关键指标,其与针状焦整个制造过程包括预处理、延迟焦化和煅烧的操作有密不可分的关系。探讨了在溶剂法煤系针状焦的实际生产过程中,原料软沥青、精制沥青固化时间的预测及基于固化时间的预测所确定的焦化温度等方面对热膨胀系数的影响,并对其超标的原因进行了分析,得出原料质量的不稳定及煅烧过程中混入的回转窑碎片或接缝材料均会影响指标的稳定。The coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of coal-based needle coke is a key parameter to characterize the quality level,and it has close relationship with operating parameters of the whole manufacturing process of needle coke including raw material pretreatment,delayed coking and calcination.The discussion was made on some CTE influence factors from raw material soft oil pitch(SOP),prediction of solidification time of the refined pitch(UP),and determination of coking temperature based on prediction of UP solidification time during actual manufacturing of coal-based needle coke with solvent extracting method,and the reason for the CTE indicator exceeding the limit was analyzed.Finally,it was concluded that raw material quality was unstable and mixing of rotary kiln refractory bricks or joint material during calcination would lead to CTE out of specification.
