摘 要:针对乏风瓦斯中甲烷含量低、无法直接燃烧利用,提纯后利用则经济性差的问题,进行了乏风瓦斯催化氧化发电利用的探索。研制了30 kW乏风瓦斯催化氧化发电试验装置,开展了透平转速与气量、回热器及催化氧化燃烧室阻力损失、催化氧化发电试验研究。结果表明:30 kW乏风瓦斯催化氧化发电试验装置运行稳定、控制可靠;设计工况条件下,装置发电量达到了30.8 kW;逆流回热装置、催化氧化燃烧室、低温低压透平机等装备主要性能指标均达到了设计要求。The volume fraction of methane in ventilation air methane was low and could not be directly burned for utilization.Also,if used after purification,its economy was poor.Therefore,the catalytic oxidation of ventilation air methane for power generation was explored and a 30 kW ventilation air methane catalytic oxidation power generation test unit was developed.The experimental study was carried out on turbine speed and gas flow,resistance loss on regenerator and catalytic oxidation combustion chamber,and catalytic oxidation power generation.The results showed that the 30 kW ventilation air methane catalytic oxidation power generation test unit had stable operation and reliable control.Under the design operating conditions,the power generation of the unit reached 30.8 kW,and the main performance indicators of equipment such as the countercurrent heat recovery device,catalytic oxidation combustion chamber,and low-temperature and low-pressure turbine had all met the design requirements.
