摘  要:甲醇制烯烃具有技术成熟度高、经济性好等优势,近年来在我国得到了广泛应用和工业化生产,但在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,该技术工业化发展也面临着严峻的挑战。在分析甲醇制烯烃技术进展、产品分布、产能发展的基础上,指出了甲醇制烯烃未来的发展,应加强新型催化剂的研发,产业布局中要做好节能减排和清洁低碳规划,通过走产品多元化、技术高端化之路,推进甲醇制烯烃产业向清洁、低碳、绿色转型。Methanol to olefin has been widely used in China in recent years due to its advantages of high technical maturity and good economy.However,the industrialization of this technology is also facing severe challenges under the background of“emission peak and carbon neutrality”.Based on the analysis of technical progress,product distribution and production capacity development of methanol to olefin,it was pointed out that the research and development of new catalysts should be strengthened for the future development of methanol to olefin,and the energy-saving emission reduction and clean low-carbon plan should be made properly in the industrial layout.By taking the road of product diversification and high-end technology,push forward the clean,low-carbon and green transformation of the methanol to olefin industry.
