摘  要:点火烧嘴水夹套在煤气化反应室中主要有水压试验、稳定运行工况和点火工况3种工况。利用ANSYS软件对烧嘴水夹套在3种工况下的应力进行分析计算。结果表明:水夹套在3种工况下的强度均能满足要求;在点火工况下,热冲击对水夹套的影响较小。经优化计算,在材料许用温度允许范围内,水夹套可通过增加0.5 mm倒圆厚度来提高其使用寿命。The ignition burner water jacket in the coal gasification combustion chamber mainly had three working conditions:hydrostatic test,stable operation condition and ignition condition.ANSYS software was used to analyze and calculate the stress of the burner water jacket under three conditions.The results showed that the strength of the water jacket under three conditions could meet the requirements.Under the ignition condition,the thermal shock had less effect on the water jacket.Through the optimization calculation,the water jacket could increase its service life by increasing the rounded thickness by 0.5 mm within the permissible temperature of the material.
