摘  要:在焦化行业竞争加剧的背景下,焦炉煤气以及PSA解吸气、弛放气等工业排放气的综合利用对焦化企业至关重要。结合实际生产经验,提出了焦炉煤气、PSA解吸气联产制氢、氮气的初步方案;分析了该方案中甲烷转化制合成气、脱碳两大工序的技术选择及操作控制要点。Under the backdrop of intensified competition in the coking industry,the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas,PSA desorption gas,purge gas and other industrial emissions is crucial for coking enterprises.Based on the author’s work experience and years of operational experience in the production frontline,a preliminary scheme for the co-production of coke oven gas and PSA desorption gas to hydrogen and nitrogen was proposed.And the technical selection and operational control points of the two major process steps of methane to syngas and decarbonization were analyzed in this scheme.
