摘 要:针对某建筑倾斜率超过5%的问题,利用FLAC3D有限元软件构建该建筑的模型,并在模型中对其进行纠倾加固。模拟结果表明:纠倾加固技术实施后,该建筑的沉降与位移均得到改善,56 d后,建筑的倾斜率低于3%,符合相关标准要求。在大围压影响下,静压桩不易变形,且静压桩养护时间越长,加固效果越好,说明粉煤灰回填地基建筑纠倾加固技术,能改善建筑倾斜问题,提升建筑稳定性。In response to the problem of a building with an inclination rate exceeding 5%,a model of the building was constructed using FLAC3D finite element software.The rectifying and strengthening technology was carried out.The simulation results showed that after using the rectifying and strengthening technology,the settlement and displacement of the building were improved.After 56 days,the inclination rate of the building was less than 3%,which met the requirements of relevant standards.Under the influence of large confining pressure,the static pressure pile was less prone to deformation,and the longer the curing time of the pile,the better the reinforcement effect.It indicated that the technology of rectifying and strengthening by fly ash backfilling the building foundation could improve the problem of building inclination and enhance the building stability.
