摘 要:针对电厂烟气脱硫设备易发生腐蚀失效的问题,设计了基于T-S模糊故障树的电厂烟气脱硫设备腐蚀失效检测方法。利用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术搭建电厂烟气脱硫设备模型,根据该模型搭建用于腐蚀失效检测的T-S模糊故障树模型,将腐蚀失效设为顶事件,腐蚀穿孔、腐蚀变形、腐蚀开裂与腐蚀生锈设为次要顶事件,内腐蚀、外腐蚀、拉应力过大与特定介质腐蚀设为底事件。通过分析不同事件的模糊数及事件描述,获取模糊可能性取值,以此判断腐蚀失效等级,完成电厂烟气脱硫设备腐蚀失效检测。实验结果表明:采用该方法可有效检测烟气脱硫设备的腐蚀失效等级,检测正确率在91%以上,精度高。In view of the issue of corrosion failure of flue gas desulfurization equipment in the power plant,a corrosion failure detection method for flue gas desulfurization equipment in power plant based on T-S fuzzy fault tree was designed.The limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology was used to build the flue gas desulfurization equipment model.The T-S fuzzy fault tree model for the corrosion failure detection was built based on this model.Corrosion failure was set as the top event,the corrosion perforation,corrosion deformation,corrosion cracking and corrosion rust were set as the secondary top event,and the internal corrosion,external corrosion,excessive tensile stress and specific medium corrosion were set as the bottom event.By analyzing the fuzzy number and event description of different events,the fuzzy possibility value was obtained to judge the corrosion failure level and complete the corrosion failure detection of flue gas desulfurization equipment in power plant.The experimental results showed that this method could effectively detect the corrosion failure level of flue gas desulfurization equipment,and the detection accuracy was above 91%,with higher detection accuracy and good application effect.
