摘  要:为有效减轻露天煤矿区噪声污染对周边居民的生活影响,提出露天煤矿区噪声污染监测优化布点方法。通过分析历史噪声污染数据,根据不同监测点位的模糊等价关系进行聚类分析,将属于同等特征的监测点归类到一个范围内;采集所有监测点捕捉的噪声数据,将序列端点的噪声污染监测误差值作为参考,从而可以监测到布点各范围内贴近百分位标准的最大化目标,将噪声污染监测范围、监测点数量以及监测精准度作为优化目标,建立优化布点的目标函数;对目标函数进行求解,获取的解即为最优布点。仿真实验表明:优化布点后,对露天煤矿的噪声特征捕捉能力强,噪声污染监测精准度较高。In order to effectively reduce the impact of noise pollution in the open-pit coal mining area on the daily life of surrounding residents,a sampling optimization method for monitoring noise pollution in the open-pit coal mining area was proposed.Firstly,by analyzing historical noise pollution data and making clustering analysis based on the fuzzy equivalent relation of different monitoring points,monitoring points with the same characteristics were classified into a range.Then,the noise data captured by all monitoring points was collected,and the noise pollution monitoring error values of the sequence endpoints were used as a reference to monitor the maximum target close to the percentile standard within each range of the sampling points.Taking the noise pollution monitoring range,number of monitoring points,and monitoring accuracy as optimization objectives,an objective function for optimizing the sampling points was established.Finally,the objective function was solved,and the obtained solution was the optimal distribution of points.The simulation experiment showed that the optimized layout had a strong ability to capture the noise characteristics of open-pit coal mining area,and the accuracy of noise pollution monitoring was high.
