摘  要:盾构隧道主体结构通常采用装配式管片衬砌,在面临灾害作用时其力学行为复杂,易受灾害影响且修复困难,亟需进行韧性设计以提升其应灾能力。鉴于此,针对盾构隧道结构特征和灾害特点,提出了盾构隧道结构韧性设计的理念,综合考虑盾构隧道结构韧性设防类别、工作状态、灾害损失、经济损失和修复难易程度等因素,提出了盾构隧道结构韧性设计的设防目标,明确了其韧性极限状态;在此基础上,从结构冗余性、鲁棒性、可恢复性、经济性4个方面建立了盾构隧道结构韧性设计指标体系,并考虑承载能力和正常使用极限状态,从“强度”、“变形”和“裂缝控制”3个角度细化了盾构隧道结构的冗余性、鲁棒性指标,提出了相应的控制方程,构建了韧性设计功能函数和基于可靠性的分项系数校准流程,建立了“设计+评价”的盾构隧道结构韧性设计方法,可为隧道结构韧性设计与相关研究提供重要参考。The main structure of shield tunnels is usually constructed with assembled segmental linings.Shield tunnels exhibit complex mechanical behavior during disasters and are vulnerable and difficult to repair.It is reasonable to develop a resilience design to improve the anti-disaster capability of shield tunnels.This paper presents a structural resilience design against the structural feature and disaster characteristics of shield tunnels.The fortification target for shield tunnel structural resilience design is proposed,and the resilience limit states were defined based on a comprehensive consideration of the resilience fortification category,working condition,disaster damage,economic loss,and repair difficulty.On this basis,a system of resilience design indicators was established based on structural redundancy,robustness,resilience,and economy.Then,considering the bearing capacity and normal use limit state,the redundancy and robustness indicators were refined for strength,deformation,and crack control.Moreover,the corresponding control equation is proposed.The performance function of resilience design and the calibration process of partial coefficient were established based on reliability.Finally,a design and evaluation method was established for the resilience design of shield tunnel structures that can provide reference for the resilience design of tunnel structures and related research.
