城区低碳规划的实践与反思

摘　　要：本文以上海市的低碳实践为例,基于“双碳”发展的本质及城市规划实施的特点,提出了促发展、全寿命、重实效、显特色的伴随式低碳规划建设策略,以期对后续新建及既有城区的低碳建设有所助益。Based on the intension of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and the practical characteristics of urban planning,the paper takes some low-carbon practices in Shanghai as examples to propose a kind of accompanying low-carbon planning and construction strategy that promotes low-carbon development and full life-cycle management,and produces practical results and highlights district features.It is expected to be helpful for the subsequent low-carbon construction of newly developed or existing urban areas.
