摘 要:通过溶液法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/煅烧高岭土复合膜,探究复合膜的微观结构和电绝缘性能。结果表明:通过样品脆断截面和表面照片可以看到,在样品内部和表面煅烧高岭土均匀分散。煅烧高岭土含量的增加并没有破坏PVDF复合材料的应变性能。煅烧高岭土含量为1.000 g时,PVDF复合材料应变依然能够保持在60%左右,拉伸强度从6.9 MPa增至7.9 MPa。复合膜的体积电阻率随着煅烧高岭土含量的增加而增大。随着煅烧高岭土填充量的增加,在低频区PVDF复合膜的介电常数逐渐减少,而介电损耗呈减小趋势。Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/calcined kaolin composite membrane was prepared by solution method,and the microstructure and electrical insulation properties of the composite membrane were investigated.The results show that the calcined kaolin is uniformly dispersed inside and on the surface of the sample through the brittle fracture cross section and surface photos of the sample.The increase of calcined kaolin content does not destroy the strain properties of PVDF composites.When the content of calcined kaolin is 1.000 g,the strain of PVDF composites can still be maintained at about 60%,and the tensile strength increases from 6.9 MPa to 7.9 MPa.The volume resistivity of the composite membrane increases with the increase of calcined kaolin content.With the increase of the filling amount of calcined kaolin,the dielectric constant of PVDF composite membrane decreases gradually in the low frequency region,while the dielectric loss decreases.
