摘  要:为制备1种绿色环保的生物基杂化阻燃剂,采用绿色天然高分子壳聚糖(CS)为“核”,植酸(PA)和三聚氰胺(MEL)为“壳”,通过静电相互作用制备了壳聚糖基核-壳结构阻燃剂(CS@PA@MEL),以解决生物可降解聚合物基体易燃、阻燃效率低等问题。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对CS@PA@MEL的结构进行表征。采用热失重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和元素能谱分析对杂化结构的热稳定性、微观形貌和元素组成进行研究。结果表明:CS@PA@MEL呈现C-N、-C=N-和P-O、P=O的特征吸收峰;PA和MEL的引入显著降低CS的热分解速率,提高残炭率;CS@PA@MEL表现出明显的包覆褶皱结构,同时P、N元素含量有明显提升,证实了PA和MEL成功对CS进行包覆改性。For preparation of a green biological hybrid flame retardant,chitosan-based core-shell flame retardant(CS@PA@MEL)was prepared by electrostatic interaction using green natural polymer chitosan(CS)as the'core'and phytic acid(PA)and melamine(MEL)as the'shell',to solve the flammability and low flame-retardant efficiency of biodegradable polymers.The structure of CS@PA@MEL was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The thermal stability,micro morphology and element composition of the hybrid structure were studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TG),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and element energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that CS@PA@MEL exhibits characteristic absorption peaks of C-N,-C=N-and P-O,P=O.The introduction of PA and MEL significantly reduces the thermal decomposition rate of CS and increases the residual char rate.CS@PA@MEL exhibits a clear wrapped fold structure morphology,while the content of P and N elements has significantly increased.The above results confirm that PA and MEL have successfully achieved coating modification of CS.
