摘  要:文章建立快速测定甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA)和2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮(DMPA)的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用紫外/可见波长检测器,检测波长为220 nm;采用Waters XBridge C_(18)柱;流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流量为1.0 mL/min。结果表明:HEMA和DMPA在0.5~200.0μg/mL和0.5~20.0μg/mL范围内均保持良好线性关系,相关系数(r)均在0.999以上,回收率在90%~110%之间,变异系数(RSD)小于0.5%。本方法准确、灵敏、快速、重复性好,能够在10 min内同时快速检测HEMA和DMPA两种物质。A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method was developed for rapid determination of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone(DMPA).The ultraviolet/visible wavelength detector was used,and detection wavelength was 220 nm.Waters XBridge C_(18) column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water gradient elution,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The results show that HEMA and DMPA maintain a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~200.0μg/mL and 0.5~20.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficient(r)is above 0.999,the recovery rate is 90%~110%,and the coefficient of variation(RSD)is less than 0.5%.The method is accurate,sensitive,rapid and reproducible,and can simultaneously and rapidly detect HEMA and DMPA within 10 min.
