摘 要:以废旧聚丙烯(WPP)和艾草中药废渣(WCMWR)为原料,采用挤塑辊压成型工艺制备WPP/WCMWR复合材料。利用响应面法(RSM)对WPP/WCMWR复合材料制备工艺进行优化,研究螺杆转速、压延压力、WPP与WCMWR质量比等工艺条件对复合材料的冲击强度和静曲强度的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为螺杆转速71.00r/min、压延压力4.84MPa、WPP与WCMWR质量比3∶1;制得的WPP/WCMWR复合材料的冲击强度为63.60 kJ/m^(2)、静曲强度为63.10 MPa。RSM法优化制备的复合材料冲击断面的致密性优于未用RSM法优化制备的复合材料,材料的均质性得到增强。WPP/WCMWR composites were prepared by extrusion roll forming process using waste polypropylene(WPP)and wormwood Chinese medicine waste residue(WCMWR)as raw materials.The preparation process of WPP/WCMWR composites was optimized by response surface method(RSM).The effects of process conditions such as the screw speed,the calendering pressure and the mass ratio of WPP to WCMWR on the impact strength and static bending strength of composites were studied.The results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows:the screw speed is 71.00 r/min,the calendering pressure is 4.84 MPa,and the mass ratio of WPP to WCMWR is 3∶1.The impact strength of WPP/WCMWR composite is 63.60 kJ/m2,and the static bending strength is 63.10 MPa.The density of the impact fracture surface of the composites optimized by RSM method is better than that of the composites not optimized by RSM method,and the homogeneity of the materials is enhanced.
