摘 要:针对洗碗机泵体外壳的结构,设计1套具有复合脱模机构的注塑模具。产品出水管的外圆柱面有9个圆环及1个扣环,该圆管外圆柱面与外壳主体沿主分型面方向存在扣位与锁紧位,且圆管抽芯脱模距离较长。将出水管动模型腔设计成具有延时开模功能、由斜导柱驱动的滑块;将出水管型芯设计成用油缸驱动的抽芯机构,动模型腔滑块与圆管抽芯机构组成复合脱模机构。为了缩短脱模距离,将型腔滑块拆分成两个,两个滑块沿不同方向运动。开模过程为圆管抽芯先完成脱模,定、动模再开始分模,斜导柱带动动模型腔滑块脱模。冷却水路采用直通+水井+圆弧形水槽的混合布局。该模具采用一模四腔,为了使产品的注塑压力相同,采用热流道、点浇口的浇注系统。该模具结构合理,为类似产品的模具设计提供参考。Aiming at structure of dishwasher pump shell,a set of injection mold with composite demoulding mechanism was designed.The outer cylindrical surface of water outlet pipe of product has nine rings and one buckle ring.Outer cylindrical surface of circular pipe and main body of the shell have buckle and locking positions along the direction of main parting surface,and the core-pulling and demoulding distance of circular pipe is long.The outlet pipe dynamic model cavity is designed as slider driven by inclined guide column with time-delay opening function.The core of outlet pipe is designed as core-pulling mechanism driven by oil cylinder,and composite demoulding mechanism is composed of moving model cavity slider and circular pipe core-pulling mechanism.In order to shorten demoulding distance,cavity slider is split into two,and the two sliders move in different directions.The mold opening process is that circular tube core pulling first completes demoulding,the fixed and moving molds then start parting,and the inclined guide pillar drives sliding block of the moving model cavity to demould.The cooling water path adopts mixed layout of straight-through+well+circular-arc flume.The mold adopts four-cavity mold.In order to make injection pressure of the product the same,the gating system of hot runner and point gate is adopted.The mold structure is reasonable,which provides reference for mold design of similar products.
