摘　　要：目的调查开展ERAS的临床科室的护理人员对出院准备服务的知识、态度、行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2022年2—3月对开展ERAS科室的护理人员进行问卷调查。结果开展ERAS临床科室的护理人员对手术患者实施出院准备服务的知识、态度、行为的得分分别为51.41±11.13分、51.52±6.78分、34.79±7.92分。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄、学历、层级、是否了解过出院准备服务和有无实施出院准备服务的经验是知识得分的影响因素;学历、是否了解过出院准备服务和有无实施出院准备服务的经验是态度得分的影响因素;是否了解过出院准备服务及有无实施出院准备服务的经验是行为得分的影响因素。开展ERAS的临床科室的护理人员中,72.89%的人员认为实施出院准备服务的障碍因素是人员配置不足;60.35%的人员认为是实施人员相关知识储备不足;56.27%的人员认为辅助材料缺乏。结论开展ERAS临床科室的护理人员对出院准备服务的认知不足,执行力严重欠缺,但是对实施出院准备服务的态度积极;故未来医院应注重围绕相关内容,构建针对ERAS科室护理人员的培训体系,以提高其理论认知水平及实践操作能力,保障患者的康复效果及出院后的安全。Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge,attitude,and practice of nursing staff on discharge preparation services in clinical departments where ERAS is carried out,and to analyse their influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted February to March 2022 among nurses in departments where ERAS was carried out.Results The scores of knowledge,attitude,and practice of nursing staff in clinical departments conducting ERAS to implement discharge preparation services for surgical patients were 51.41±11.13 points,51.52±6.78 points,and 34.79±7.92 points respectively.The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,education,stratum,knowledge of discharge preparation services and experience in implementing discharge preparation services were the factors influencing the knowledge score;education,knowledge of discharge preparation services and experience in implementing discharge preparation services were the factors influencing the attitude score;and knowledge of discharge preparation services and experience in implementing discharge preparation services were the factors influencing the behaviour score.Among the nursing staff of the clinical departments where ERAS was carried out,72.89%of them considered that the barrier factor to the implementation of the discharge preparation service was insuffi cient staffi ng;60.35%considered that it was the insuffi cient stock of relevant knowledge of the implementers;and 56.27%considered that there was a lack of auxiliary materials.Conclusion Nursing staff of ERAS clinical departments had insuffi cient knowledge of discharge preparation services and a serious lack of executive practive,but had a positive attitude towards the implementation of discharge preparation services;therefore,in the future,hospitals should focus on building a training system for nursing staff of ERAS departments around the relevant content,in order to improve the level of their theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and to ensure the rehabilitation effect of th
