改良灌肠法在儿童结肠镜肠道准备中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良灌肠法在儿童结肠镜肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月于医院行结肠镜检查及治疗的患儿84例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予传统清洁灌肠,观察组采用改良灌肠法。对比两组患儿肠道准备依从性、肠道清洁度、结肠镜检查时间及家长满意度。结果观察组患儿肠道准备的总依从率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组波士顿肠道准备评分量表(BBPS)左侧肠道清洁度评分、中间清洁度评分、右侧清洁度评分及总分高于对照组;结肠镜检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良灌肠法在儿童结肠镜肠道准备中的应用效果较好,能提高患儿检查依从性,改善肠道清洁度,有利于后续诊断及治疗的进行。Objective To explore the application effect of modified enema method in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in children.Methods 84 cases of children who underwent colonoscopy and treatment in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,each with 42 cases.The control group was given a traditional clean enema,and the observation group was given a modified enema.Comparison of the two groups of children with bowel preparation compliance,intestinal cleanliness,colonoscopy time and parental satisfaction.Results The total compliance rate of bowel preparation of children in the observation group was 95.24%,higher than that of 80.95%in the control group,with statistically significant diff erences(P<0.05);the left bowel cleanliness score,middle cleanliness score,right cleanliness score and total score of the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)in the observation group were higher than that of the control group;and the time of colonoscopy was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant diff erences(P<0.05);the satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified enema method in the bowel preparation for children's colonoscopy is more effective,which can improve the children's compliance with the examination,improve the intestinal cleanliness,and is conducive to the subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
