指尖采血部位轮换结合微课视频学习方法在糖尿病患者血糖监测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨指尖穿刺点采血部位有序轮换结合微课视频学习的方法在糖尿病患者血糖监测中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年10月糖尿病患者420例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组210例。对照组采用遵循患者的意愿选择采血穿刺点,观察组采用轮换提示卡进行采血部位轮换方法,结合微课视频学习和以实物的形式现场演示讲解轮换方法,比较两组患者血糖监测认知率、血糖监测依从程度、疼痛程度及焦虑程度。结果观察组患者的血糖监测认知率、血糖监测依从程度均高于对照组;而疼痛程度、焦虑评分低于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指尖采血部位有序轮换结合微课视频学习的方法,为糖尿病患者血糖监测提供正确的技术指导,增强血糖监测意识,减轻焦虑情绪,有利于提高糖尿病患者血糖监测认知技能和依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of the method of orderly rotation of the blood collection site at the fingertip puncture point combined with microclass video learning in the blood glucose monitoring of diabetic patients.Methods 420 cases of diabetic patients from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study object,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,with 210 cases in each group.The control group used to follow the patient's wishes to choose the blood collection and puncture point,and the observation group used the rotation cue card for the blood collection site rotation method,combined with microclass video learning and physical form of on-site demonstration to explain the rotation method,comparing the two groups of patients with the rate of awareness of glucose monitoring,the degree of adherence to glucose monitoring,the degree of pain and the degree of anxiety.Results The awareness rate of blood glucose monitoring and the degree of adherence to blood glucose monitoring of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;while the degree of pain and anxiety scores were lower than those in the control group,the diff erences between the groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of orderly rotation of the fingertip blood collection site combined with microclass video learning provides diabetic patients with correct technical guidance on blood glucose monitoring,enhances the awareness of blood glucose monitoring,reduces anxiety,and is conducive to the improvement of cognitive skills and adherence to blood glucose monitoring.
