摘　　要：高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。发展是党执政兴国的第一要务。党的二十大报告中强调,要完善社会信用等市场经济基础制度,构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,为完善体育领域信用监管工具、促进体育领域信用体系建设指明了方向。以信息不对称理论、多元中心治理理论、三维信用理论和企业生命周期理论为基础,对体育领域信用评价的内在需求进行剖析,构建包括实施与监督主体、评价指标体系、评价模式和结果应用的体育领域信用评价理论框架,为体育领域信用评价提供新的理论视角。研究认为,贯彻党的二十大精神、加强体育领域信用评价的实践路径,应落脚于完善市场主体信用评价指标体系,规范信用信息共享公开的范围和程序,构建多部门协同的信用监管机制,完善信用联合奖惩与修复机制。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the improvement of basic mar‐ket economy systems such as social credit,and the construction of a high-level socialist market economy system,which points out the direction for improving credit supervision tools and promoting the construction of a credit system in the sports field.Based on the theories of information asymmetry,polycentric governance,three-dimensional credit,and enterprise lifecycle,this paper analyzes the inherent needs of credit evaluation in the sports field,proposes a theoretical framework for credit evaluation in the sports field,and provides a new theoretical perspective for analyzing credit evaluation issues in the sports field.The research be‐lieves that the practical path of implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and strengthening credit evaluation in the sports field should be based on improving the credit evaluation index system of market enti‐ties,standardizing the scope and procedures of credit information sharing and disclosure,constructing a multi department collab‐orative credit supervision mechanism,and improving the credit joint reward and punishment and repair mechanism。
