摘　　要：基于物流数智化的背景,优化物流和供应链人才培养已经成为打造高质量物流专业人才队伍的迫切需要。以主流招聘网站物流和供应链相关岗位的招聘信息作为数据来源,统计职位的工作地点、岗位职责、学历、企业性质等信息,采用内容分析法对职位信息进行预分析,结合能力、知识、素质三个方面编码分析人才需求,探讨物流人才需求特征,在此基础上针对培养体系、课程结构、实践教学、学科竞赛四个方面提出高校优化物流和供应链人才培养的建议。Based on the recruitment data of logistics and supply chain related positions on mainstream recruitment websites,we collected information such as work place,job description,educational background,and enterprise nature,etc.,and pre-analyzed it using the content analysis method.Then,by defining the demand for talent from the three aspects of ability,knowledge and quality,we discussed the demand characteristics of the logistics talents,and on such basis,from the angle of training system,curriculum structure,practical teaching and discipline competition,put forward some suggestions on optimizing the logistics and supply chain talent cultivation system in colleges and universities.
