基于熵权物元分析法的物流园区服务能力评价

摘　　要：为探究物流园区服务能力存在的关键问题及影响因素,从物流服务提供能力、保障能力及发展潜力三个维度出发建立物流园区服务能力的评价指标体系,在此基础上以滇西国际商贸物流基地为例,利用熵权物元分析法进行评价。研究发现滇西国际商贸物流基地发展潜力较高,但目前物流服务能力整体较低,服务保障能力尤其不足,据此提出增强运营管理等建议,以期促进物流园区服务能力的提升。In order to investigate the key issues and influencing factors of the service capabilities of logistics parks,we established an evaluation index system for logistics park service capabilities from the three dimensions of logistics service provision capability,service support capability,and development potential.On this basis,we analyzed the case of the Western Yunnan International Commerce and Trade Logistics Base using entropy weight matter-element analysis method.The study found that the development potential of the Western Yunnan International Commerce and Trade Logistics Base is high,but currently its logistics service capabilities are generally low,particularly so with the service support capability.Based on this,we proposed a series of suggestions for strengthening the operation and management of the base in a bid to improve its service capabilities.
