摘  要:为满足煤炭产量、煤矿生产能力日益提升需求,确保设备安全使用,提高设备的运行性能,以大柳煤矿公司机电设备为研究对象,阐述了传输皮带机、刮板输送机、装载机、机电运输系统的选型适应性,并提出分煤运输装置、主井运输装置的适应性改造对策。在进行有针对性的改造后,设备运行稳定,达到安全生产要求。The article takes the mechanical and electrical equipment of Daliu Coal Mine Company as the research object,elaborates on the selection and adaptability of conveyor belts,scraper conveyors,loaders,and mechanical and electrical transportation systems,and proposes adaptive transformation strategies for coal distribution transportation devices and main shaft transportation devices to meet the increasing demand for coal production and coal mine production capacity,ensure safe use of equipment,and improve the operational performance of equipment.After the targeted transformation,the equipment runs stably and meets the requirements of safe production.
