基于调蓄演算法的排水防涝能力评价分析

摘  要:针对正处于大规模建设阶段的平原河网城市新建城区,应以水利先行。以某新建城区为研究对象,分别采用经验公式法、暴雨强度公式法、调蓄演算法等方法,对研究对象进行排水防涝能力评价分析。分析结果表明,经验公式法计算结果偏小,下垫面硬化度较低的区域,不太适合调蓄能力偏小的涝区;暴雨强度公式法主要应用于市政行业雨水管渠计算。经验公式法和暴雨强度公式法均未充分考虑调蓄空间大小对排水防涝能力的影响,调蓄演算法充分考虑了调蓄空间对片区排水防涝能力的影响,较接近于真实,适合在工程实践中推广应用。For the newly built urban areas of plain river network cities that are in the stage of large-scale construction,water conservancy should be taken as the first step,and a new urban area should be taken as the research object.Empirical formula method,rainstorm intensity formula method,regulation and storage algorithm and other methods should be used to evaluate and analyze the drainage and waterlogging prevention capacity of the research object.The analysis results indicate that the empirical formula method has a relatively small calculation result,and is not suitable for waterlogging areas with low storage capacity in areas with low hardening of the underlying surface;The rainstorm intensity formula method is mainly applied to the calculation of storm sewer in municipal industry.Both the empirical formula method and the rainstorm intensity formula method did not fully consider the impact of the size of the regulation and storage space on the drainage and waterlogging prevention capacity.The regulation and storage algorithm fully considered the impact of the regulation and storage space on the drainage and waterlogging prevention capacity of the area,which is closer to reality and suitable for popularization and application in engineering practice.
