摘  要:为深化吊装成效,凸显吊装经济性、实用性优势,对人字架整体吊装工作进行研究。研究发现,安装难点集中表现在在本体吨位重、局部非稳定结构、安装场地局促三方面。基于此,提出对场地环境、起重设备、吊装计算等方面展开精准化分析处置,以高效解决吊装工作的实际问题。研究结果显示,现场测量得出两侧人字架水平度偏差近乎为0,仅有5mm,故本次案例安装精度符合规范要求,后续施工可顺利展开。采用分部安装法,不仅可降低施工风险,还可防止主吊机松钩后人字架倾倒问题发生,实用性显著。In order to deepen the effectiveness of lifting and highlight the advantages of lifting economy and practicality,research is conducted on the overall lifting of the A-frame.Research has found that installation difficulties are concentrated in three aspects:the weight of the main body,local unstable structures,and limited installation site.Based on this,it is proposed to conduct precise analysis and disposal of the site environment,lifting equipment,lifting calculation,and other aspects to efficiently solve practical problems in lifting work.The research results show that the on-site measurement shows that the horizontal deviation of the A-frame on both sides is almost 0,only 5mm.Therefore,the installation accuracy of this case meets the standard requirements,and subsequent construction can proceed smoothly.Adopting the segmented installation method can not only reduce construction risks,but also prevent the collapse of the A-frame after the main crane is loosened,with significant practicality.
