移动式提升管道安装技术在机电工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国社会经济得到长足发展,各种高楼大厦拔地而起,建筑内部设施舒适的环境也在不断改善。许多大型展览馆、科技馆、博物馆、购物中心、办公楼等公共建筑应运而生,这些复杂建筑功能得以实现,主要在于其中的设备系统,更少不了空调、供暖、给排水管道的安装。以某大厦工程为例,通过采用移动式提升管道安装技术在机电工程中应用,不仅保证广大施工人员在安全环境下顺利开展各工序作业,保证安装质量、安全生产,还可实现固定和管道翻转,便于管道连接,明显提高了工作效率,定位更为准确、安全,为工作带来了极大效益。Since the reform and opening up,our country's social economy has made great progress,all kinds of high-rise buildings rise up,the comfortable environment inside the building facilities are also improving.Many large-scale exhibition halls,science and technology museums,museums,shopping malls,office buildings and other public buildings emerged as the times require,these complex building functions can be realized,mainly in the equipment system,not less the installation of air conditioning,heating,water supply and drainage pipes.Taking a building project as an example,this paper introduces the application of movable lifting pipeline installation technology in mechanical and electrical engineering,which not only ensures the construction workers to carry out their operations smoothly in a safe environment,but also provides a new method to solve the problem,to ensure installation quality and safety in production,it can also achieve fixed and pipe overturn to facilitate pipe connection,can obviously improve work efficiency,positioning more accurate,safe,and bring great benefits for work.
