摘 要:为了探究FRP筋增强ECC桥面连接板及支撑钢梁的力学性能,以FRP筋增强ECC桥面连接板试验为原型,建立ABAQUS有限元计算模型,并与试验结果比较,验证了有限元模型的合理性。通过参数化分析,研究了桥面连接板厚度、FRP筋配筋率等结构参数对桥面连接板及组合桥面工字支撑钢梁力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,FRP筋配筋率的改变对组合桥面工字支撑钢梁的力学性能影响不大,较低的FRP筋配筋率也可以使ECC桥面连接板满足承载力要求,且建议FRP筋配筋率的合理取值范围为0.85%~1.2%;ECC桥面连接板厚度增加,工字型支撑钢梁梁底跨中极限荷载与应力应变随之增大,建议在满足规范要求的承载力和构造要求的前提下,减小ECC桥面连接板板厚。In order to explore the mechanical properties of FRP reinforcement reinforced ECC link slab and steel beam,this paper uses the FRP reinforcement reinforced ECC link slab test as a prototype,establishes the ABAQUSfinite element calculation model,and compares with the test results to verify the rationality of thefinite element model.Through parametric analysis,the influence of structural parameters such as ECC link slab thickness and FRP reinforcement ratio on itself and the mechanical properties of steel beams was studied.The results show that the change of FRP reinforcement ratio basically does not affect the mechanical properties of the steel beam,and the lower FRP reinforcement ratio can also make the ECC link slab meet the bearing capacity requirements,and the reasonable value range of FRP reinforcement ratio is 0.85%-1.2%.With the increase of The thickness of ECC link slabs,the ultimate load in the bottom span of steel beams increases,and it is recommended to reduce the thickness of ECC link slab s under the premise of meeting the bearing capacity and structural requirements required by the specification.
