摘 要:文章对府澴河流域内典型洪水进行调度模拟,在考虑不同长江水位顶托条件下,以卧龙潭水位站控制水位为目标,通过非恒定流计算模型,分析确定不同洪水标准启用不同蓄滞洪区的情况,并分析了各蓄滞洪区的风险度。结果显示,当干流发生20年一遇洪水时,府澴河流域可确保堤防安全,做到不溃垸分洪,当遭遇30年一遇及以上洪水时,府澴河干流4个蓄滞洪区需逐步进行分洪,确保孝感市城市防洪安全。Taking the typicalflood in the Fuhuan River Basin as the dispatching simulation,taking into account the different water level support conditions of the Yangtze River,and aiming at controlling the water level of the Wolongtan gaging Station,this paper analyzes and determines the situation of differentflood storage areas enabled by differentflood standards through the non-constantflow calculation model,and analyzes the risk degree of eachflood storage area.The results show that when the main stream encounters aflood once in 20 years,the Fuhuan River Basin can ensure the safety of the dike and ensure that it does not collapse and divide theflood,and when it encounters aflood once in 30 years or more,the fourflood storage areas of the main stream of the Fuhuan River need to gradually divide theflood to ensure the urbanflood control safety of Xiaogan City.
