摘 要:安徽省水旱灾害频发,采用移动排灌设备建设的应急泵站在安徽省历年旱涝灾害防御中发挥了重要作用。通过分析应急泵站的设计流量、扬程、特征水位等设计参数的计算方法,研究常用排灌设备的特点,提出应急泵站基于设计参数、设备特点、场地条件等方面的选型策略进行建设,阐述了应急泵站建设在设备监测、进出水口选择等方面的工作要点,总结了应急泵站设计与应用的主要问题及解决方案,为架设应急泵站、开展应急排涝及提水抗旱保供水工作提供经验借鉴。Flood and drought disasters occur frequently in Anhui province.The emergency pumping station with mobile drainage and irrigation equipment plays an important role in preventing drought andflood disasters in Anhui province.In this work,the calculation method of design parameters such as design flow,head and characteristic water level of emergency pumping station are analyzed,the characteristics of common drainage and irrigation equipment are studied,and the strategy of equipment selection according to design parameters,equipment characteristics and site conditions is proposed for the construction of emergency pumping station.The key points of work in equipment monitoring and water inlet and outlet selection are expounded.This paper summarizes the main problems and solutions of the design and application of emergency pumping station,and provides experience for setting up emergency pumping station,carrying out emergency drainage and drought relief work.
