摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,大件垃圾的产出也逐渐增多,国内回收与处理大件垃圾的政策与方法还未完善,居民规范处理大件垃圾的意识不强,导致很大一部分大件垃圾造成资源浪费与环境污染。本研究通过网络调研以及国内外研究现状进行总结分析,探究大件垃圾的处理痛点及需求,设计出一款名为“到家”的APP,旨在通过此APP规范社区大件垃圾处理流程,增加居民自觉处理大件垃圾的意识。With the improvement of people's living standards,the output of large garbage is also gradually increasing,and the domestic policies and methods for recycling and disposing of bulky garbage have not yet been perfected,,residents'awareness of standard treatment of large garbage is not strong,resulting in a large part of large garbage caused by resource waste and environmental pollution.Through network research and summary and analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this study explored the pain points and requirements of large garbage treatment,and designed an APP named“Home”,aiming to standardize the treatment process of large garbage in the community through this APP,and increase the residents'awareness of consciously dealing with large garbage.
