摘  要:环氧丙烯酸酯树脂是一类用量最大的光固化树脂,具有固化速度快、硬度大、光泽度高及耐化学药品性能优异等优点,但是存在黏度大、韧性差等缺点。因此,环氧丙烯酸酯树脂改性引起了学者的广泛关注。在环氧丙烯酸酯树脂主链或侧链上引入柔性链段或功能基团可有效改善树脂的黏度,提升固化膜的柔韧性、附着力等性能。从有机酸改性、多元醇改性、有机硅改性和聚氨酯改性等改性方法入手,总结了化学改性增韧环氧丙烯酸酯树脂的研究进展,并对未来环氧丙烯酸酯树脂增韧改性的研究方向进行了展望。Epoxy acrylate resin is a kind of UV-curable resin with the largest usage amount.It has the advantages of fast curing speed,high hardness,high gloss and excellent chemical resistance,but it has some shortcomings such as large viscosity and poor toughness.Therefore,the modification of epoxy acrylate resin has attracted extensive attention of scholars.Introducing flexible chain segments or functional groups into the main chain or side chain of the epoxy acrylate resin can effectively improve the viscosity of the resin,and improve the flexibility,adhesion and other properties of the cured film.Starting from the modification methods of organic acid modification,polyol modification,silicone modification and polyurethane modification,the research progress of toughening epoxy acrylate resin by chemical modification was reviewed,and the future research direction in toughening modification of epoxy acrylate resin was prospected.
