摘  要:以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮液为疏水性原料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂,采用静电纺丝法制备了质量比不同的PTFE/PVA纤维膜,研究了PVA与PTFE质量比对纤维膜形貌、结构及疏水性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、光学接触角测量仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪对纤维膜的表面形貌及疏水性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明:当PVA与PTFE质量比为1∶6时,制备的纤维膜形貌良好且水接触角高达160°,该纤维膜在超疏水领域具有广阔的应用前景。Superhydrophobic PTFE/PVA fiber membranes with different mass ratios were prepared by electrostatic spinning using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)suspension as hydrophobic raw material and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as binder.The effects of the different mass ratios of PVA and PTFE on the morphology,structure and hydrophobic properties of PTFE/PVA fiber membranes were studied.The surface morphology and hydrophobic properties of the fiber membranes were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy,optical contact angle measurement,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PVA to PTFE was 1∶6,the prepared PTFE fiber membrane had good morphology and a high water contact angle of 160°,indicating that PTFE fiber film had broad application prospects in the field of superhydrophobic.
