摘 要:采用乙二醇溶剂热法制备了球状结构的溴氧化铋(BiOBr),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等技术方法对样品进行了表征分析,探究了其形成机理,并在氙灯光照下以诺氟沙星(NOR)为降解底物,探讨了结构变化对BiOBr光催化性能的影响。结果表明:乙二醇条件下制备的BiOBr为球状结构,随反应溶液pH的增加,尺寸逐渐变小,且分散性越来越差,吸收带边发生蓝移,禁带宽度变大。得出了乙二醇溶剂环境下球状BiOBr的生长机理,并证明当pH为3时,制备的BiOBr-e3样品形貌为均匀的球状结构,直径为5μm左右,禁带宽度为2.71eV,表现出最佳的光催化活性。Bismuth oxybromide(BiOBr)with spherical structure was synthesized by ethylene glycol solvothermal method,and the prepared samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,and UV-Vis DRS techniques.The formation mechanism was explored,and the effect of structural changes on the photocatalytic performance of BiOBr was investigated using norfloxacin(NOR)as a degradation substrate under xenon light illumination.The results showed that the BiOBr prepared under ethylene glycol conditions was spherical structure.With the increase of the pH of the reaction solution,the size of the BiOBr gradually decreased and the dispersion became worse,the absorption band edge was blue-shifted,and the forbidden band width became larger.The growth mechanism of spherical BiOBr in ethylene glycol solvent was obtained,and it was proved that when the pH was 3,the prepared BiOBr-e3 sample was a uniform spherical structure with a diameter of about 5μm and a bandgap width of 2.71eV,showing the best photocatalytic activity.
