摘  要:采用锆酸酯对玄武岩纤维进行表面处理,研究了不同浓度的锆酸酯溶液对玄武岩纤维(BF)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:与未进行BF表面处理的BF/NR复合材料相比,进行BF表面处理后的BF/NR复合材料的综合性能得到了明显提升,其中,10%锆酸酯溶液处理后的BF,其BF/NR复合材料相较于其他浓度综合性能最优,其拉伸强度提高了13.8%,Pyane效应最弱,损耗因子tanδ峰值最小,通过BF的能谱图可以看出锆酸酯接枝到BF表面;扫描电镜结果显示,10%锆酸酯溶液对纤维的包覆效果最好。The surface of basalt fiber was treated with zirconate ester,and the effects of different concentrations of zirconate ester solution on the properties of basalt fiber(BF)/natural rubber(NR)composites were studied.The experimental results showed that compared with BF/NR composites without BF surface treatment,the comprehensive properties of BF/NR composites after BF surface treatment were significantly improved.Among them,BF/NR composites with BF treated by 10%zirconate solution had the best comprehensive properties compared with other concentrations,with 13.8%increase in tensile strength,the weakest Pyane effect,and the smallest loss factor tanδpeak value.It could be seen from the energy spectrum of BF that zirconate ester was successfully grafted onto the surface of BF.SEM results showed that 10%zirconate ester solution had the best coating effect on the fibers.
