摘 要:将焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)、三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MPP)、季戊四醇(PER)复配用于聚丙烯(PP)阻燃改性,研究PAPP、MPP、PAPP-MPP、PAPP-MPP-PER阻燃剂对PP力学及阻燃性能的影响。通过拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度研究其力学性能,采用极限氧指数(LOI)、UL-94燃烧等级测试、热重分析、烟密度、锥量测试分析阻燃PP复合材料的阻燃性能。结果表明:PAPP-MPP-PER复配能起到良好的阻燃协同作用,能有效地提升聚丙烯复合材料的阻燃抑烟性能。当PAPP-MPP-PER阻燃剂添加量为30%时,LOI达30.8%,UL-94通过V-0级(1.6mm),800℃时残炭率为13.73%,燃烧最大比光密度(DS,max)相比于纯PP降低了26.9%。Piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP),melamine phosphate(MPP)and pentaerythritol(PER)were compounded for flame-retardant modification of polypropylene(PP).The effects of PAPP,MPP,PAPP-MPP and PAPP-MPP-PER flame retardants on the mechanical and flame-retardant properties of PP were investigated.The mechanical properties were studied by tensile strength,bending strength and notch impact strength.The flame-retardant properties of flame-retardant PP composites were analyzed by limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL-94 combustion grade test,thermogravimetric analysis,smoke density and cone test.The results showed that the combination of PAPP-MPP-PER could play a good flame-retardant synergistic role and effectively improved the flame-retardant and smoke suppression performance of PP composites.When the addition amount of PAPP-MPP-PER flame retardant was 30%,the LOI reached 30.8%,UL-94 passed grade V-0(1.6mm),the carbon residue rate was 13.73%at 800℃,and the maximum specific optical density(DS,max)of combustion was reduced by 26.9%compared with that of pure PP.
