摘 要:近年来,细菌和病毒的爆发频频导致大型传染病事件,严重阻碍了人类社会的进步和发展。抗菌纳米复合材料由于其优异的抗菌性能成为研究的热点。然而,单一抗菌材料有诸多缺点,如单一杀菌机制杀菌效率低,以及材料循环性差等一系列原因。因此,多种抗菌材料协同杀菌增强杀菌效果的研究愈发重要。制备了一种多接枝的氧化石墨烯纳米抗菌复合材料-季铵化卤胺改性氧化石墨烯(GO-VPBHD)。由于多种杀菌作用协同,该材料与未接枝前的GO和单一接枝的4-乙烯基吡啶改性氧化石墨烯(GO-VP)有着更好的杀菌效果。对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌10min杀灭效率在99%以上。同时,该材料在多次循环和长时间储存后,依旧表现出优异的杀菌性能。In recent years,outbreaks of bacteria and viruses have frequently led to major infectious disease events,seriously hindering the progress and development of human society.Antibacterial nanocomposites have become a hot topic of research due to their excellent antibacterial properties.However,single antimicrobial materials have many disadvantages,such as low bactericidal efficiency of a single bactericidal mechanism and poor material recyclability for a range of reasons.Therefore,it is increasingly important to investigate the synergistic bactericidal effect of multiple antimicrobial materials to enhance the bactericidal effect.In this paper,a multi-grafted graphene oxide nanocomposite,quaternised graphene oxide modified with haloamine(GO-VPBHD),was prepared.Due to the synergistic effect of multiple grafting,this material had better bactericidal effect than the ungrafted GO and the single grafted 4-vinylpyridine-modified graphene oxide(GO-VP).The killing efficiency for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was over 99%in 10 min.The material also exhibited excellent bactericidal performance after multiple cycles and long storage periods.
