摘  要:以柠檬酸、硫脲和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,水和乙醇为混合溶剂,通过热解反应合成了一种发光性能优异的固态碳点复合材料。通过调节混合溶剂中水和乙醇的体积比,发现所制备复合材料的形貌和结构大相径庭,这从根本上决定了材料的发光性能。当水和乙醇体积比为3∶7时,固态复合物发光性能最佳,发射出541nm绿光和51%的荧光量子产率。将该固态发光材料用于构建白光发光二极管,获得了CIE坐标(0.34,0.33)、显色指数94和色温5039K的优异光度学指标参数,为该材料应用于照明领域奠定了坚实的基础。A solid-state carbon dots-based composite with excellent luminescence performance was synthesizedby the pyrolysis reaction using citrate,thiourea and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with the assistance of mixed solventsof H20 and ethanol.By regulating the volume ratio of H2O and ethanol solvents,the resultant samples appeared variantin morphology and structure,which fundamentally decided the luminescence property of these solid-state composites.When the volume ratio of H20 and ethanol solvents was 3:7,the best luminescence performance of the solid-statecomposite was achieved,with green light emission of 54lnm and the fluorescence quantum yield of 51%.This materialwas used to fabricate white light emitting diodes and excellent photometric index parameters with CIE(0.34,0.33),CRI94 and CCT 5039K were obtained,laying a solid foundation for the application of this material in lighting field.
